First,spawn with EOD bot place in spawn.
Then, suicide yourself pick same class except this time spawn in with (repair tool)and scar or any weapon preferably scar
GO to EOD bot shoot it 4 times but make sure gun is on single shoot then repair it and keep repeating once you get use to it you'll get 60k +xp and engineer class weapons get unlocked.. And pistol takes for shoots to..
