*If Your A Non Premium User You Will Be Able To Join*
To keep a clean, and safe Minecraft environment for all of our players, we have setup some rules which will be enforced. By playing on our server, you agree that breaking these rules can result in an infraction such as a ban or ip-ban on your account.
1.1 No offensive language. This rule includes in-game chat, signs, and creations. Nothing may contain offensive language.
1.2 Any form of greifing is prohibited on the server. If you are caught greifing, you will be banned with no chances to appeal your ban.
1.3 Be respectful of other players and server staff. Do not ask staff more than once for something if they have already given you an answer. Treat other players the way you would
want to be treated.
1.4 No inappropriate/nude skins! You will be banned until you change your player skin.
1.5 Flying mods are prohibited. They must not be on when you login to the server.
1.6 Only build in designated areas. We have provided freezones where you can build. All rules apply.
1.7 Scamming from other users is prohibited in any form.
SERVER POLICIES
2.1 If another player has scammed you for money or items, we are not responsible to give your items back.
2.2 Items stolen from chests will NOT be returned. We have a chest and door locking system installed on the server for you to use. If you didn't lock your chests/doors then we are not liable to give your items back.
2.3 We reserve the right to kick or ban your account or ip address from the server at any time.
2.4 Your ip address may be collected when logging into the server. This information is kept private and never sold or given away to other third parties. The information is used to only enforce rules via ip-ban.
