Hi Guys,
Many of you probably know of gamebattles, well I was playing Black Ops, and this kid said he could just get my ip, and without me clicking on any of his crap, he could see everyting Im typing, my passwords, etc. He said that he just needed to do this thing, and he'd then see everything I type. Please help me.
My Question:
Can someone just grab your ip, without you doing anything or clicking something, and keylogg everything you type?

If you play private servers like RuneScape.. or something. People can do this easily.. Happened to me like 3 times.

They can get your ip, but they can't do anything. All it is to them is a bunch of numbers.

The only way for him to keylog your computer is if you download a file or hes places a backdoor and drops the file from there, i assume you have a antivirus and firewall correct?

Im talking Xbox Black Ops. He just said he could get my ip, and then see everything I wrote.

Nope, You have to download something or click something. He is just pissed off raging over a game. You should put his GT on here while your at it.

On rsps they can see the password you use for you character then they can log on to your other accounts with that password.

Getting your IP is easy but more than likely he won't be able to do anything with it except maybe DDoS you...
