I gave him my email and DOB etc, as I could not get those stupid A** people at EA to unban me/or at least help me. Anyway, within minutes the guy had my Account unbanned and now I am playing Online again with a new EA ID that I linked to my GT after he unbanned it.
He asked me to post to show everyone that he can help, so please keep this topic alive by thanking and commenting, cheers.
And Yes, he does it through the Live Chat ...
