OK so I upgraded my iphone 3G to 4.0 and hate it. It runs so freaking slow I can't stand it. So I search on how to downgrade and here are a couple links I found that helped me.

In order to use RecBoot you need libusb I'm using Windows 7 64 bit here is how I got libusb to work.

SHSH is only used for 3GS I belive. But just to let you know this did work for me I have a 3G not 3GS. Ok I just did a Google search on SHSH and it is only for 3GS and some iTouch and iPads.
