Hello, I wonder if I can be banned from xbox live, if I redownload a content marketplace in my friend's Xbox, as Season Pass (Gears of war 3). Can I be banned for that?

no you cant dont worry about it but you can only do this once a year so its fine no worries

You cant get banned for this because its been downloaded its not marketplace theft.

no i doubt it but you have to recover your account an the licence transfer you acc to his xbox for it to work for him
when you do it he will own your account for about a year or in this case i believe 2-3 mouths as January is getting close

So what I need to do, spend my gamertag for him (with a pen-drive) and leave it with him, that every time he wants a Season Pass it into my profile and then enter it, like weapon skins?
