Here are some more pictures and some more info on the Ammo Box 360.

Power Sync and Eject all wired from the motherboard and the buttons are now placed at the back on the case.

Wireless Adapter is on the side, made up a custom case for it and have the original aerial out the top, never had a problem with the connection, never dropped out.

There are ventilation holes on 1 side and underneath, as well as the stock fan holes are out the back also. I replaced the stock fan with a Whisper Max Legacy Fan with green LED's and also have a green fan on the GPU whick takes the warm air away. I have had it on and running for hours at a time and has never overheated, easily stays cooler then a stock Xbox.

The disc drive ejects vertically, never have had a problem with that, never scratched a disc or caused any problems. USB port re wired next to the disc drive for storage. I have a 16GB Flash drive which i use to store everything, i never really install much on my Xbox's.

I got some more photos of the build up if people are interested to see more, ill make a video to put on youtube of the build up process. Show how it was made picture by picture.

It took about a year and a half, i was in no rush to finish it, if i made another one i could knock it out real quick. i recon 3 weekends. Now that i know how to do it all, and i could improve on it alot more

I dont expect much when i sell it, people arnt always to keen on custom work, worried its going to break and all that, i would be happy with $250.

im not putting a downer on it but this is just a console inside the box and a big box so would have been easy to install i would have used to the box inself for the wifi aerial and then you could hide it more

Bit more work then that. A lot less room in there then you think. Why don't you try a custom case for yourself.

lol u not seen my cases then if i had 2 ammo case i could do this in 2 hours max and thats just for cutting metal the width of ammo case almost double size so alot of room and the xbox is not even flush with ammo case and as i said u missed trick with Ariel and mental case would have kept hidden
