Quad Core @ 3.2 GHz = Quite decent.
1TB HDD = Decent.
4GB of RAM = Consider upgrading, not mandatory, though.
ATI 5450 = Consider upgrading.
You would be able to play CoD4 and MW2 an medium settings and get 80> FPS, I think. I get 125 FPS on CoD4 with a 128MB GPU, 2.4GHz Dual-Core CPU, and 2GB of RAM, as you can see in the top-right corner of this picture.

Processor's architecture is shit, never buy an AMD processor in my opinion.
Ram is so so.
