My PC Before Upgrade :

2GB Ram
GFORCE 9500GT
2gb ram DDR2
Processor : AMD Sempron 3500+ 2.00Ghz
Windows Vista Home Premium But I will Change it To Windows 7 Ultimate
Power Supply : 250w



What it should look like After the Upgrade :

GFORCE 9500GT
4GB Ram DDR3
Processor :AMD Athlon X2 260 3.2GHz
Windows 7 Ultimate
Power Supply : 250w

The problem with GTA IV is that it is one of the most poorly optimized games I have ever seen on PC. I'm not sure on the exact specs you'll need to play it well, but from what I can tell, it would possibly be of benefit to upgrade more than RAM. Also, are you aware that your original computer had DDR2 RAM and the upgraded RAM is DDR3? Unless your motherboard is being replaced too, that won't work.

GTA IV on pc SUCKS , ive seen people with gtx 580's getting 20-30FPS

the problem you have is you defiantly need a better power supply mines 600w at least get a 550w
