is there any other way to dump the NAND other than using the LPT port or a NAND X

You can not use that to extract the nand from the Xbox.
Also yes you will need a SPI flasher of some sort or of course a LTP.
Edit: Is it already Jtagged? If not then use the answer i put, if not then use Flash 360, and make sure you have the media folder.

yes already jtagged but wanted to get a NAND image off it. does flash 360 do that
