i can give you a really good reason y there is no online mods and prob single player mods to

There are mods, but its all to do with editing the xex files, meaning its all JTAG only.
If someone would take the time in looking through the iso image of teh game, decompressing some files, and figuring out what works what, we could actually have modded iso game lobbys that use binds
(Not too sure on MoH coding and how their file system works)

Yes, there are mods but only For JTAGs and Dev Kits.
