I just called xbox support to try to get an Adam Fenix and infcted omen code, but the guy told me that the only way to get a new code is from the developer (Epic), because microsoft doesn't have codes generated. So the point is, can you REALLY get a code fom xbox support at all?

people told me you could but when i called they said i could only get a code from calling epic games
