i would be a mod but i have cracked, idk if that matters but im 14
i have been a builder before and i am VERY mature for my age.

You should do it for cracked / onlinemode = false.
But you also need this plugin called: xAuth, or something like that, it gives your server login system, so if cracked version joins, and uses your accounts name (whos admin/op/mod) it will kick you, and ask him your password (which you have set in the game, not the one that you use on premium version)

And id like to be mod, but i dont have so much time to be on MC / MC servers, bc of the time difference, if its not 24/7.
But if your planning to do it for cracked, be sure to download that plugin.
So you wont get griefers and fake admins on your server.
