Michael: Hello Taylor and what seems to be the issue with your xbox?
Taylor: Hello. I tried to use the drink holder that is on the front of the xbox and it snapped off.
Michael: ok do you tried to use the drink holder and it snapped off
Taylor: Yeah.
Taylor: The one of the front.
Taylor: You press the button and a square drink holder pops out.
Taylor: It is on the front on the left side.
Michael: what console do you have?
Taylor: An xbox 360.
Taylor: The MW2 one.
Michael: cause im not aware of a drink holder
Taylor: Yeah they all have them.
Taylor: You press a button and a square area pops out on the left front side and that is where you put your drinks.
Taylor: You guys should really make it clear that a extra large drink will break it.
Michael: the MW2 console does not have a drink holder
Taylor: Yes it does. It has one on the front on the left side. On the far right is the usb ports, then the power button, then the drink holder.
Michael: Ok Taylor was there anything else I can assist you with with this evening?
Taylor: You never answered why my drink holder broke.
Taylor: ?
Michael: I see you have chatted with 10 different agents today all what we consider pranks
Michael: so unfortunately im going to go ahead and end this chat session

I don't know what he meant by I had talked to 10 agents and had pranked them. I talked to one agent yesterday and it was about taking a credit card off my account.

No. That wasn't a joke. My granddad really did just die.
Also the live chat is a joke. All they do is tell you they either can't help with that problem or that you need to call the number.

Because after I said that is it on the front of the xbox on the left side and you push a button and a square drink holder comes out, he still didn't realize it was the disc tray.
