Hello TTG I have been trying to fix this status code and everything I have tryed has not worked
I have waited 72 hours of what Xbox has told me to do nothing worked. I have unplugged my ethernet cord from modem and waited 30 seconds. That didn't work. I have deleted my account and recovered it back and that didn't work. Can someone please help I really want to change my gamertag and I just bought Microsoft Points

try this first go to memory>device>system items>marketplace system data(all this is a cache)>press a>delete>yes
restart the xbox

Nope didn't work


1.Unplug wire connected to your xbox.

2. Restart your modem or router.

3. Connect everything while its restarting

4.Turn on xbox and it should work:D

also make sure you have port 3074 udp/tcp forwarded in your router too the ip address your xbox gets,it also helps to bind the consoles ip with the mac too avoid later confusions when another device gets the forwarded ip before the console does.

That happened to me, i just rang them up and told them the error code they then wanted my account details and somehow they unlocked it thats what they said was wrong it was locked or something

Could be the payment option attached to your account has billing violation present on it. You can resolve this issue by updating your payment instrument to pay a past due balance, or if your balance has been written off due to non-payment, you can add a new payment option to pay for the service.
