i mean, not every MS employee gives you the beta/adam fenix IO codes when you call them on the phone.
So maybe, you got unlucky.. and that guy got lucky.
Don't know.. but i think it's best to just call them up.

Well i for one dont trust the online chat thingy.
Yesterday i called for my beta unlocks and the nice lady gave me the flaming hammerburst all the way to the sawn-off flaming. Sadly no Cole Train.. ; /
I forgot to ask about infected Omen or Adam Fenix.. im pretty sure i could of gotten those out of her. Oh well.. i might try calling today or tomorrow.

live chat is alot easyer you just have to say i got the gow 3 xbox bla bla and my codes did not work give them a fake code they will ask for ur email and they will email you codes
