Me and a friend (not on ttg) found how to get into the glitch (i believe it was patched a while ago but now we found a way)
Its harder then it used to be and takes many tries if not familar with this
You have to straff jump into the building a bit and doesnt always work.
*Text TuT*
1. Go to place on map.
2. Jump onto windowsill.
3. Jump on to bus stop.
4. Jump onto bus.
5. Jump onto umbrella from top of bus.
6. Line yourself up with the line going toward other umbrella.
7. Jump to the newspaper stand under umbrella and then jump up.
8. Line yourself up where i did.
9. Jump into the building.
10. You can only move certain places but have fun.

Other Way Is Easier.
You just made more jumps , you can just go from the ledge to the umbrella and boom your done..

it was never patched you just failed at getting up there all the way I did it and my feet weren't stuck in the ground, I could jump and sprint
