I just want to say that gnashers are the most ridiculous weapon i've ever seen.
Gnashers must be related to the longshot because i get downed from across the map all day with the gnasher. Also it has 8 bullets and a .5 second reloads for actives. Which means even someone who has no idea how to shoot the gnasher can just keep pulling the trigger and shoot all 8 bullets rapidly, then reload and get actives which are even MORE powerful in .5 seconds then keep shooting again.
Active reloads are basically a 2 shot down from across the map. It's insane. Also people with the gnasher can just hold down the aim button for hours at a time shooting someone over and over until there down. Gnashers also get 1-shot kills up close.
Now for the sawed-off, it takes skill. First of all, with the Sawed-off if you find an enemy you have to carefully wall-bounce back and forth and be as covert as possible to get up close. Now with the Sawed-off you only have 1 bullet and a 10 second reload. So every shot must count. I understand you do not have to aim if you are close with the sawed-off because of it's widespread range but honestly guys, if you cannot down someone who is running to you and cannot shoot you or harm you in ANY way, thats just sorry. Also if they miss with the sawed-off because they have to be SO CLOSE to the enemy for a kill(unlike the gnasher) then you have all day to unload on them as they try and take cover.
Also they have had a 8 bullet shotgun with a .5 second reload since the beginning of GoW, now they bring in a 1 bullet 10 second reload and every complains? LOL

I've never been downed by a gnasher from far. From 20ft the gnasher does very little to zero damage.
The only thing I have to say is I hate people who use the sawed-off retro combo. Get's so annoying.

The sawed off is so annoying. any close range encounter and your finished. a gnasher wont even beat it. by the way if your getting shot by a gnasher run away or take cover. Its not like call of duty. and sawed off shotguns do not take skill if you hide around a corner and wait for a enemy to come running towards you you can just kill them with out even aiming. the range for the wepon is literally across the whole screen. but people who do use gnashers as all purpose weapons are annoying as well.

usually between a close encounter with a sawed-off and gnasher they kill each other at the same time. that's just from my experience.

I have too but noticed other people are also shooting at me. So say 3 people who are 20+ feet away all shooting the gnasher at you. If you think about the little damage done does equal up. Lately the gnasher has been ridiculous. I've noticed (I'm a gnasher user lol). They might be tweaking the weapons.

well im not going to waste my time telling you, but first of all if you get close to someone with the sawed off you can just shoot on the side of them and still kill them, it takes absolutley no skill and after you shoot you just run away...
and you are obviously not a classic gears player , (played gears 1 and 2,) so your a NOOOOB
