I have seen few get to 99 but noone on any map has gotten past that. I mean its NOT easy getting to 99 timewise, lack of sleep, breaks, ect. But just curious is 99 an infinite round or is there 100 and above?

Yes the highest round you can get to is 99 and then it keeps repeating the level until you die.

you can get passes 99 on multiplayer, but doesnt go towards leaderboards

So lets say it shows 113 but after you die it will say 99 plus the kills and score?
