probably not. Find out for yourself. When you try to sign in, it will your XBL account has been banned. If it doesnt say that then no. Go to test XBL status. If it says your xbox is banned, then it is. If not then no. XBL is up and down for ppl today from what I see.

No it will say in your emails about it if you are banned like why your banned and how long
