Used between CPU/GPU and Heat Sinks to provide better contact for better cooling

If your Playstation 3 has ever been opened up and had the heat sinks removed from the processors, they will never contact with each other again properly. These shims add the required amount of material in order to give good connectivity to make your system run cool.

Shims are cut on a 42in metal shear and then hand finished to insure a quality product

Thermal paste is required while using these shims

I do not provide any with the shims to provide a low cost to you, along with giving you the option to use what you wish.

These shims have been used in conjunction with Artic Silver 5 to repair hundreds of systems successfully.

With a proper re-flow or re-ball, the shims will greatly improve the life of your system when compared to not using them.
