Im trying to host infections on cod 4 but people cant join how do i fix this ??

I know what it is. Go on your 360 dashboard. Go one to window to the right of the disc tray on my xbox, on your avatar then press A. Then go two windows to the right. This is your online safety options. Change settings and customise. It should say something like show your online status to... Set it to everyone. XD

It could be your NAT type, just do a connection test in Network Settings and it should become an open NAT type.

If they can't join make sure they send you a private chat invite and click on your profile to join.

Your private c status is set to friends only. Go to the dashboard and change it.
