Does everyone in the game get the mods. I did the iso nut my friend does not have the mods like the speed and drift

Sorry only the host or person with the ISO can get the benefits. Only your friend can get in your car and go super speed and spawn him modded cars.

Nope, only you have the modded disc therefore you are the only person who has the mods.
