I found this on eBay and thought it was a good price:

^btw it's not mine i'm not advertising.
It's about 25 (or $35) for the controller and charge pack.
If anyone else can find a better price for a controller (used or new) I'll +rep!

I honestly think thats a good deal <3

For a charger and pack its like 60

So i would buy that
