It's pretty simple.

Not alot of people pre-ordered gears of war 3 from amazon.

Aslong as you have all your amazon account details.

Call their customer support ---- 1(800) 201-7575 ----

Tell them your first code didn't work. ( They will ask you for the code, just change a letter)

Then edge your way onto the subject of them giving you a new code.

It worked for my friend and he is giving me his Savage Kantus + Adam Fenix.

exactly what i did, it took them a day to get me a new one but it worked. lol
