Alright, as you hopefully know, this cannot be turned into a crystal clear image, so I tried my best. The other member's look's somewhat clear but it has a cartoon look to me, and I don't know how that would hold up in court or whereever your taking this. I tried to keep mine looking realistic yet clear as possible.

Harline - Due to the shape and flow of the pixels in her hairline, zoomed in and zoomed out. I will make the assumption, that no, that is not a wig. Plus, the arch in the middle of her hairline would also suggest that it is natural hair. :

Seems to not be wearing a wig, rather larger woman, orange hair, masculine face.
