Well I have everything hooked up on my x11 turtle beachs and I was wondering something because The small black cable that connects to the controller doesnt seem to want to pick up that little "click" noise when you insert it and I can talk and people can hear me but I cant hear them. Is there a fix for this and think about these things before you post a reply.

1. Its not the controller I tried it on others and it still wouldn't work.
2. I Have a Turtle Beach x11 Wired Headset.
3. Please make a quick and easy to understand answer or link me to a site.

I believe the Turtle Beaches ARE the problem, don't be a sound scrub.

1. try fiddling side to side while insrting it

2. blow inside the hole you never know

3. make sure the black lead on the volume interface thingy is in correctly that may be the problem

Finaly: if none of them work i would call the store or place you bought them off of

Hope i helped
