Yes, in order to have get a kv you must extract it from an xbox that has not gotten the new dash board update. (Think before avatars) so eventually kvs will run out, 2-3 years probably

i sure hope something new comes out! or maybe there will be a new xbox by then; and we'll be using keyvaults extracted from them!
