Took some time but got there in the end, (the key in the chat is just a fake one i got)

Tim Edwards: Hello, i was in a chat about 1 hour ago and was redirected to a "level 2" when i got to number 1 in the que it said no one was available. im having problems registering a PC game
Nikunj: Could you please let me know as where you are trying to register?
Tim Edwards: im trying to register Battlefield Bad Company 2 for PC, i got the game yesterday and when i install the game it asked for a key. i enter the key provided and it says "invalid"
Nikunj: Can you please confirm the serial key which is printed on the back of the manual once?
Tim Edwards: yea the key is: XEFP-6JQT-66TS-P66M-VRLD

Nikunj: When and from where you have purchased the game?
Tim Edwards: i purchased it from Game.co.uk on the 18th on September

Nikunj: Do you have the game manual?
Tim Edwards: yes
Nikunj: In order to extend assistance in the matter, I request that you provide us a scan copy of the manual (where the code is printed) and of the purchase receipt. Also, it is requested that you put your signature on the documents before scanning it. Once you are ready with the documents, please send the attachments.
Nikunj: The proof is not acceptable from our end.
Nikunj: Due to the nature of the issue, Ill need to forward the matter for further review. One of our Senior Support staff members will review the matter and get back to you, via e-mail, within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, we thank you for your continued patience.

yea but you can't play online on them, this is a real key which can be used to play online.
