Thought i would share this with you guys if you havent already seen it.
This is the windows 8 dev preview. It was released in the last couple of days.
It might be stable it might not be.
There is some risk of using it.
I am DLding it now and making a separate partition on my HD, that way i can dual boot win 7 and this preview.

.. Touchscreen doesn't have a big part in Windows 8.. Lmfao.
It's the Computers Engineering that gives it LEGIT touch screen.
Not Windows 8. -_-

i didn't. All it does is put your files on the hard drive with the folder name "windows.old"

Well i am dual booting with it. Very nice. Love the new UI and the hot keys. Only thing i dislike it that because it is a dev preview it doesnt support multi touch gestures with my laptop :|

Other than that it looks amazing. really excited now!

I'm running on it now. It seems geared for more of a tablet than a pc. Although, it was confirmed that it will have Xbox Live on it. It won't be released for the developer edition, but that sounds interesting. Very snappy and responsive though. But again, it seems like the phone, or a tablet is where it will do best.
