This email might come to you as a surprise we do not have any previous communication before.

My name is Staff Sergeant James Ausbender, a US soldier current serving Iraq. I have in my possessiion the total sum of $12.8 Million USD, money which me and my colleagues moved out of the boxes containing funds which we believed belongs to Saddam Hussein, the late President of Iraq before he was captured by our team in 2003. The box containing the funds have been safely moved out of Iraq and deposited with security vault company which I will disclosed you in due course upon your response. Since we still in active service for the American government, we are seeking your kind assistance to claim the funds on our behalf from the security vault company for a possible investment under your control pending when we finish our service here and retire to meet with you.

You will be entittled to get 30 percent of the total funds, 60 percent shall be for me and my colleagues, while the balance 10 percent will be used to offset unforseen/miscellaneous expenses. This business deal is very confidential and I plead to you that it should be kept as such for security reasons should you decide not to participate.

Please note that there is no risk involved whatsoever to both you and us as we shall provide you with the necesary documents to proceed with the claims from the company.
