Finally, enjoy some pictures I took of the beta when I installed it, I will caption in a bit if some people are wondering "Why they do that?" in a screenshot or "What is that feature?" 8)
Beta Desktop (Notice the start menu logo)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
New feature for tablets and phones (Works on computers and laptops as well)

Settings tab (To be used for tablets, this DOES NOT replace the control panel, you can only change basic things)

Internet Explorer 9 (Tablet feature, works on desktops and laptops as well)

Internet Explorer 9 (Normal one, no difference between tablet and desktop version except the tablet has the url bar at the bottom)

Nifty feature (You can only use this when running an app through the tablet desktop)

looks like a theme tbh

You're an idiot, go ahead and look closely at the first screenshot.
To be precise, look for the text that shows the beta version as well as the screenshots after showing tablet features, I'm sure that's all a theme.

It's the developer preview, it's available to download if you're a developer.
