Nice overall

I would have the light effect coming in from maybe a clearing in the trees to make it look a bit more natural. Also you could make the light a bit more and have the lighting in C4D the same as the environment in the picture.

eh, the text dosn't really look great. It dosn't blend into the picture. Also, the text looks as if you only smacked on a green material and rendered :/ add some lights, some reflection, illumination, ect. to really make it look nice.

I added lights in c4d behind but probably not enough. thanks anyway 8)

you need to add shadows so it looks more realistic...
