To gift a car, you just buy the car, select it and choose "Gift car"

Gifting money is the process of buying their car for the agreed price on the auction house.

Anything else you're wondering?

You give us money by buying a car in the auction house that the person puts up for sale but be careful and dont pay more than 700m at a time because the higher you get after that you are at a higher risk of getting banned from the auction house
