Alright So I Have A Pre-Loaded Minecraft.jar 1.8! With The Mod TMI! Just Download From Here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
1st.In The Start Bar Type %appdata% And Hit Enter
2nd.Click The .Minecraft Folder
3rd.Go To Bin
4th.Drag The Minecraft.jar That You Downloaded Into The Bin Floder
5th.It Will Ask You To Move Replace Click Move Replace
6th.Start Up Minecraft And There You Go 1.8 With TMI!

It's not that hard to install Too Many Items on your own...

to be honest thats pretty bad because if someone was working on a mod (most likely not at this early stage) or had one in there jar this would screw it up :/ and its not hard to drag and drop class files
