I know how to download it but i get these random files. Is there a possible way to download just the game straight up without these gay files, if not how do i get it on my jtag to work? Please help i will +rep.

is there a file called default.xex? if so you have the .iso of dead island and you need to put all of those files in a folder and put that folder on your jtag. you'll also need to send me those files so i can have dead island as well.

Lol, they are .rar files. Just extract it using WinRAR. And this is a GoD, so you'll have to put the 4B4D07DF folder, in the Content\000000000000000 (or whatever) folder on your JTAG's HDD.
