IM assuming you mean online? Play some matches offline on amateur difficulty till you pick up the basics and the turn up the difficult until you get decent and then try your hand online again and if things still go downhill practice some more offline.

well if you dont know this allready.

when your defending hold down the 'A' button then it should put pressure on the attacker.

Play Short Dont Play So Long

Be smart with passing and dont just always pass forward you can pass
back to the defense too

Also Dont always play Online You could play offline until you think you got better

play on semi pro offline, then go onto higher difficulties when you feel like you've mastered it. This will make you improve so you can play well online

When Defending its normally better to hold down "LT" and "A", I also advise not going straight in for tackles and waiting until the opponent gets within range and then close him down if he gets past you just switch player and try again you will eventually get the hang of it ;D

As for attacking I advise as an experienced player to move up slowly keeping the ball until a chance opens its self eg. If your on the wing and you can get yourself into a little space make an attempt to sprint up the wing and whip in a cross. Also dont be affraid to hit shots from outside the area you can normally catch people off guard by taking shots from a reasonable distance ! Hope I Helped :nyancat:
