dont like the white glow and it looks like you used quick selection tool to cut out the players and the red background is a bit to dark 4/10

Okay since your new ill give you some tips to help you get better.

To be honest, most of this doesnt flow. When working with backgrounds, sig, avis, or pretty much anything, you want it to blend and have depth.

The brushes throw the whole scheme off. I suggest taking them out or putting them on overlay.

Also blending text is important too. I suggest searching text effect tutorials on google and youtube. I dont care what anyone says, tuts are the best way to learn the basics. You can then branch off what you learn.

I suggest taking the outerglows off as well. They just make it look cartoonish. Maybe throw a 1pxl bevel on em.

The football looks awesome and is a good example of blending.

Overall, its not bad at all for a beginner. Atleast its not animation

Remember to search tutorials. Hit me up as well, I have a few good ones.

To be honest if this is your first using Photoshop is a great start.. I would rate it 6/10

Am learning everyday in Photoshop the more your learn and put the time and effort in you will get the result.
