CALL OF DUTY PHOTOSHOP
This Thread I Will Update In th Morning But This Has A Full Tutorial On How To Make A Decent Avatar Using After Effect CS3 Or CS4
So I Made Up A Collection Of Guns WallPapers And Camos From Some Of The Call Of Duty Games For People Who Wanted To make Themselves An OK Avatar So Here Is How You Will Do It
STEP1 Comp
First You Want To create A New Composition With The Stats Of
Width 200
Height 200
FPS: 25-30 Doesn't Matter
STEP 2 Camo
Once You Have Created Your Composition you Want to Go To Your Project Tab And Import A Camouflage From My File. Once Its In Your Project You Want To Drag And Drop It Into Your Composition. Resize The Image And Duplicate It To Fit The Square
STEP 3 Gun
Ok Now Your Going To Chose Your Gun. So Impost A Gun Into your Project And Drag and Drop It into Your Comp. Resize It To Fit the Way You Want It To.
STEP 4 Text
First Find A Font You Want From Dafont.com. Install It. And After That Use The Text Tool To Put Some Text On The Composition resize Your Text And Fit It The Way you Want.
STEP 5 Stylize Part 1
So Now Your Going To Click Your Gun Picture Layer And Add A Effect To It So Click Effects at The Top And Go Under EFFECT > GENERATE > FILL. After that Change the Fill To Whatever You Would Like
STEP 5 Stylize Part 2
Now Your Going To Make The Flashing Effect On Your Text. Click Your Text Layer And Go To
EFFECT > STYLIZE > STROBE LIGHT. Now You Have A Choice To Either Make It Flash On And Off Or Make It Flash Different Colours. For ON/OFF Make The Effect Settings Strobe Say MAKES LAYER TRANSPARENT For Different Colours Click OPERATES ON COLOUR ONLY. Once Your Done That Chose Your Colour And Your Done For The Simple Part. Ill Be Posting a Vid On YouTube With A Advanced Part
How To Use Your Newly Made Avatar
PRODUCE Part 1
STEP 1 EXPORT
First Your Are Going To Click This On Your After effects Once Your Done your avatar
FILE > EXPORT > IMAGE SEQUENCE . Make It 25 Frames Per Second and Save It To Wherever
STEP 2 GiF
Now Your Going To Need A Gif Making Software I Use Easy GiF Creator. So If Your Using this What You Do Is Click Make New Animation And Add All The Frames From Your Project Export. It Doesn't Matter What The Setting Are Of Your Animation Right Now Just That you Got All The Photos In. Now That All The Frames Are In Ctrl Click Them All And Make Length Between Frames 0.01 Seconds. Now That You Have that Done Preview It To Make Sure It Is Good For You And Then Go FILE > SAVE AS And Save It Where Ever Your Almost Done
STEP 3 Upload
I Recommend You Upload It To ImageShack Or PhotoShop Once Its Done Uploading Find the Direct Link And Enter It Into Your TTG Profile Avatar

I would like a picture tutorial. I don't need it or are going to use it, but would help the newbies around here.

Its a very well made tutorial, well thought out and well described, but a tutorial for an avatar that no offense looks terrible...
The camo on its own just doesnt look right and the animated font makes it worse
Sorry
