The live chat worked perfectly about 10 mins before i bought it but now i can't connect to it. I did pay with paypal, but i have no idea how to dispute payments or anything like that because i only made it today to pay for the rsgp

So basically i'm not getting my money back? omg worst day ever. And yes everyone who asks, i am poor. And the reason i spent this much money is because i am addicted, i was hoping to get turmoil with the money but i guess not. Time to quit runescape.

You could call them too (paypal). If its like i said Goods or services, they might try to help refund you, especially if its a business. However might be hard without proof, especially if they are a verified business with paypal. And thats weird tht you can't connect after you have bought the rsgp. Must have that happen on purpose.

They said that i will get banned for rwt and stuff. i let them on my account (with a bank pin on) and banked everything and as soon as they logged on i changed the pass but they probably would have sstolen the rest of my bank too. Now i know how they make this rsgp in the first place.

i'm 15 i don't have a job and i don't have anyway of getting my money back now since i don't have proof. fml.

Well i'd say try your best with paypal. If anything i can tell you as much as people have to act for thei job, emotion always works. Ppl are soft when emotions go. So if your talking to them show your upset, and try to make them believe you. If paypal person hears what you say and how you say it some people are soft enough to care to help. If you get some 3rd world country asshole then your sol, and id say try calling again. TRY to get your money back rather than giving up.
