Hello this is what you have to
1st.go to your world
2nd.hit reset world
3rd.hit custom world
4th. Select flat world hit ok
5th.enter your world and it will be flat
6th. look up in the sky and you will see the relics
7th. build any block and go up and get it
8th. Enjoy =)
