WORKS WITH MINECRAFT 1.2.3!

Hello, to day I am going to show you how to install bukkit plugins!
First of you need a working bukkit server, If you do not know how to set up a bukkit server please leave a comment and I will make a tutorial.
Please note that I refer to the pictures a lot!

1st. You should have a folder with lots of files and folders, like in the picture, inside the green circles if just my minecraft maps, inside the red circle is my default map (you will probably have that)

2nd.You should have a folder called "plugins" by default (if you don't create a one), open the plugins folder.

3rd. Your plugin folder should have nothing in it (unless you have installed some plugins)

4. Now as you probably have not downloaded some plugins, guess what, we need to download them! So visit [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] To download some!
When you get to the bukkit web site, click the button/tab witch says "Get plugins" (Inside the star)

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

5th. Now you will be able to search for some plugins, search by category in the yellow box
or search by the plugin name or by the authors name in the purple box.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

6th Now click on the plugin you want and it should bring up a little page for the plugin.
In the picture I clicked on a plugin called "God powers" In the green box it tells you how to use the the plugin and what it does, in the red box it has a download link to the plugin, as you can see it has 2 options, you can download the main jar file or you can download the zip file, in this case the zip file only contains the plugin but sometimes it may contain something like a read me or a guide (I downloaded the zip file)

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

7th If you downloaded the zip file then it will come up like this (you may have to manually open the zip file) if you downloaded the jar file the next step is the same but your jar file is just in a different place.

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

8th Now we are going to move the jar file to the plugins folder now this is simple, just take a look at the picture

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

9th Now after you have moved the jar file to your plugins folder, run/start your server how ever you may do that, I start mine with a .bat file but you can start it with a client
I don't use a client so CMD just shows and tells me stuff but if you use a client you will almost probably see the same stuff. If you have done everything correctly it should say something like what's in cmd.

10th! Now you can use your plugins please note that a lot of plugins have a config that you MUST set up like the "permissions" plugin.
