Here's how I feel about them, If you can play on 10 then don't get them.
If you can play on 10 then you'll be playing at the same sensitivity as FPSfreeks set at 7.
They just increase your sensitivity without turning up the game so you can still focus your eyes pretty much. That's how I've viewed them atleast because I play on 10 and my friend has them and plays on 7/8

Gotta love them. It did take me about a day to get really good with them, but I instantly felt that it was much more comfortable. And the price is not bad if you're halfway into fps's at all.

Same with me, only it was more like 20-30 minutes, and after like a few hours I couldn't play without them...
