Basicly I want to rip someone off by buying there old console and trying to repair it (Possibly Jtag/Mod it). These would most likely be unopened to start with.
Anyone know how hard/easy it is to repair each of these (Sucess rate. EX 50%)
Thanks. I know you may not be able to tell forsure because you haven't actually seen the console but if you can give me a idea for each that would be great!
Also whats a good price to buy broken consoles? 20-40$? Assuming it comes with no cords.

E74- GPu Reflow
E79- try without hdd or reflow southbridge
Broken Disk drive (Laser)- replace laser
2 Rings (Not sure what it really is)- need to tighten or losen the heatsinks
Broken Disk drive (Won't open)- prob ****, cant match dvd keys unless its a jtag
ps. dont do any shi.tty methods such as q tip, towel trick, etc. get a proper reflow or reball or perform one yourself

sometimes means hot, but if it keeps showing up the cpu heatsink is not making good contact with the cpu chip. new thermal paste may be needed also
