First of all, the question is not properly asked, most of us always mix up aliens and UFOs, both are completely different! UFO means unidentified flying object while the word alien is already telling you what it is, in this case it is identified.
Are aliens coming from another planet? Solar system? Galaxy? Universe or even form an extra dimension? Will we ever know the truth about everything which is surrounding us? Probably not unless we meet a superior beings who have the capability to come back in time and check out what the Big bang really was(assuming the Big Bang has happened.
Aliens could be nice to us, but could also wipe out our population, we currently believe that we have only 1 universe with 100,000,000 + galaxies, each galaxy may have 100,000,000 starts like our sun, how can alien life not exist? It is just impossible, you have endless possibilities of life out there.
We believe that Life as we know it must have the right temperature and a bit of water to develop, but as I said, this is life as we know it, what about life we do not know about? We may have certain types of aliens who do not require these variables, they might live in perfect harmony in a radioactive environment or even a very hot planet, why not? We just do not understand enough about life in order to explain the unknown of the universe.
The former NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell has claimed that aliens exist and their visits are being covered up by the United States government. Mitchell is in good company in his beliefs. Here we highlight few other public figures who believe that extraterrestrials may have been visiting our planet over the last 100 years.
