So you go to ACT 1, Chapter 4.
When you start this chapter a massive Emergence Hole appears and up to a 100 locust come out, what you do is:
Get on the the Mini-gun and start shooting into the hole and the enemys coming out untill the Brumak appears, then simply restart checkpoint. I'm currently on 30k kills out of 100k. This is the quikest way to boost your kills up to get this achievement.
