[font=Arial Black]Rant About Members treating newbies with no respect!
Okay first of i would like to say to all TTG's experienced and less expericenced members this behavouir is not acceptable!
I am making this rant as i am outraged and disgraced by the way new comers are being treated by us more experienced/valued members.
Just because you have say "4k posts" does not mean this gives you the right to treat other members with disrespect.
We are all just as equal as each other including the mods and admins E.G if they do not carry out their role properly then they will be stripped from their current badge.
New comers should be treated with the same respect as everyone on TTG!
I have recently seen what maybe three/four people flame /-rep new comers in the past hour for not knowning what is right and what's wrong.. Yes they may have done something wrong but simply send them a PM and help them on what not they are doing right but what they were doing wrong.
Yes all new comers should read the rules when they join but 8/10 times they fail to do so and start browsing the forum section instantly ..
If we keep this up and do not treat new comers to the site with respect and good manner then they will just leave the site which would be a big disappointment.
To sum up my rant.:
I would like to say to every TTG member no-one has the RIGHT to ill-treat or disrespect new comers. We are here for a reason yes to help the community but put it this way there would be no community if there where no new members .. members leave TTG everyday but more join TTG, so we are gaining more members than we lost. - we should be showing the new memebers how we work here at TTG and be as nice as possible until they are a little more experienced, As if we keep flaming / -repping new members for no reason then they will leave on the first day and you will have the blame on your shoulders
All i ask is that every TTG member becomes a more civilised person and shows respect to everyone on this site including NEW MEMBERS!
This DOES NOT and WILL NOT be excluded from other members.

This needs to stop now! It is certainly getting out of hand.
i will keep this sort and make sure everyone of you's remembers and keep this in mind!

Obviously mods would get more respect then a one hit wonder, and in my opinion they deserve it too. Obviously, they have done, and still put in a lot more effort towards the site.
Moderators enforce the rules daily as well as helping out & acting as role models towards the newer members. The 'one hit wonder' fair enough is a normal person, but he's done very little towards helping out the site.....
Not hating, just expressing what I think.
