Unfortunately, no. You can do a lot better for $15.

Sounds like these would work really well for you. This is also an INSANELY low price compared to what I've seen previously. These are relatively neutral so they're good for all music, and the folding design makes them really portable.

The V-Moda LP is a great portable can, but it's very bassy. Good, but bassy. You might also like the Philips Citiscape Downtown.

Right on the dot:

These are INCREDIBLE cans for electronic music. The bass is, quite simply, earth shattering, and their flaws are minimized with genres like those you listen to. In the future, you can an an amp to your setup to make these even better as they benefit quite a bit from more power. I suggest a Fiio E11 and an L9 LOD because they pair nicely with these.

Gaming headset: I have $50, but I can probably get $100.
Don't tell me turtlebeaches, I've had a pair of X31s for forever, I've had to replace several parts and the total price after 1 year I've spent $150 on a headset when I purchased it it was advertised as $90. $60 to replace parts multiple times? No thanks.

Koss KSC75 and a Zalman ZM-1 clip mic. Yes, really. I'm also assuming you have the ability to connect these to whatever you'll be using them with. Keep in mind these will wipe the floor with "gaemin" headsets that are priced much higher.

Check out the V-Moda LP2 and the Audio Technica Pro 700 MkII. Those are pretty much perfect for you.
