Ultrasone Signature Pro

xICEDxLEADER wrote what about like skull candy titans or the 50/50s or those smokin buds things good?

I have the Smokin Buds. They're actually a downgrade from stock earbuds. The Titans are slightly better, but too expensive for their sound. I haven't heard the 50/50's, but they're probably better than the Titans. But that's not saying much.

You could use the JH16s directly out of the iPhone, but a line-out cable and an amplifier would make them sound even better. Maybe a Fostex HP-P1 would be good, but it's pretty huge.

I'd actually like to question this decision. What bitrate is your music? Dubstep and rap will NOT do these headphones justice, even at perfect lossless quality. I'd suggest you save your money and go with something like the Sennheiser IE8. It's a very high-end universal IEM, and still probably overkill, but it's a waste of money to use JH16s with low-quality music.

Just saw this. Yes, as Ishcabible said, the Ultrasone Signature Pro is the way to go.

Still, I think you'd be wasting money. As I said in my previous post, your source is most likely not up to par.

V-Moda M80 or AiAiAi TMA-1 for on ears. If you want in-ears, there's the JVC FTX90 or Monster Turbine Pro Gold.

I agree with Ishcabible but want to suggest the Audio Technica Pro 700 MkII as well. They're full-size cans, but I find them to be more portable than the smaller on-ear headphones. The Pro 700 MkII has a folding design and a removable cable. It's also indestructible. Also, read this:

Your budget (make sure you tell me what currency!) $50

Which genres you'll be listening to. Rock, Metal , Rap

What kind you want (over-ear, on-ear, in-ear, no preference, etc.) and whether you want portability. In ear

Whether you want open or closed headphones (Explained below). Closed

What you are listening from (iPod, phone, desktop computer, laptop, console, turntable, etc.).
I will refer to this as your source. Ipod and Computer
