(Credit: Well I thought of this by myself and have done this many times before after the patch and I tested it out again with Cold War so it has been proven to work from today 8/21/11 but Im not sure if anyone has thought of this too so if you have message me back and I will also give you credit because I dont want to take all credit cause thats wrong.)

(Simple Explanation on How this method works)
Well it`s simple all you do is your friend has to have Mspoints and you recover there account and on your xbox you are the first one to purchase or buy the content then your friend recovers his account back and you can use the game on any of your accounts but your friend can use it as well but only on that one account but you can both play together also note(You can only do this for one person per game/Dlc) its not as great as the other way but it works and its Afterpatch and you get it for free so its worth it to me .)

Tutorial:
Steps
1. Recover friends account with Mspoints on it
2. Download Game/DlC of your choice first before your friend
3. Let friend recover his account back
4. Friend redownloads what you bought
5. Enjoy
(All simple steps takes less than 10mins

Pros
1. Get free Games/Dlc
2. Play with friends that have game for free
3. Get more content and have fun

Cons
1. Can do this only 1per person per Game/DLC
2. Friend can only play on that one account

Tips
1. Do this with a friend who is guaranteed to only use one account for a long time
2. if you have the Mspoint card let your friend have it if you use more than one account so you can both have the Game/DlC on your new account

I will make a video and post proof if you need it but I dont think you need it that much because its a simple process.

Proven Working as of 8/21/11 with Toy Soldiers Cold War (Note I did not copy and paste this I actually made this read top for Credit might not have been first so if you have been doing this too just tell me don`t want to take credit but so far I have seen no people post this before)
